Superscan recognises the ‘General Data Protection Regulation’ (2018), which governs how companies may use the data they collect and share. We take the protection of personal information very seriously and offer assurance that any such information, that we may become party to, will be kept safe and secure at all times.
GDPR Information collection statement:
Superscan does not require, nor do we collect, any personal information from our customers. Hence, the only information we collect is: company contact name, company name, company business address, company invoice address, company contact telephone number/s or company mobile numbers and company email address/s. Such information may be digitally stored securely on a computer for the purposes of providing customers: written quotations, raising customer invoices, general correspondence, arranging meetings or site inspections, appointment notifications, and supplying 3D digital model files, and/or occasional email marketing (where you can opt out if you prefer). Under strict guidelines, any of the above data will NOT be shared with any third parties. Any data we hold in relation to your contract of service with us, will be shared with you upon request, and may be stored for multiple years, as per GDPR directive (2018).
